不确定该预约泰式按摩还是精油按摩?我们从手法、力度、功效等方面为您详细比较,帮您做出最佳选择。
Choosing between Thai and Oil massage is one of the most common questions we receive from new clients. Both are excellent — but they serve different purposes and feel quite different on the body.
What is Thai Massage?
Traditional Thai massage is performed on a comfortable mat, fully clothed. The therapist uses their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply acupressure along energy lines (Sen lines) and guides you through assisted yoga-like stretches.
What is Oil Massage?
Oil massage uses premium Thai massage oils and long, flowing strokes over bare skin. The combination of warm oil and rhythmic pressure relaxes the nervous system, improves circulation, and leaves skin deeply nourished.
Quick Comparison
- Pressure: Thai = firm & dynamic | Oil = smooth & flowing
- Clothing: Thai = fully clothed | Oil = draped with towel
- Stretching: Thai = yes, extensive | Oil = minimal
- Skin care: Thai = none | Oil = deeply moisturising
- Best for: Thai = tension & stiffness | Oil = stress & relaxation
Which Should You Choose?
Choose Thai if you have muscle stiffness or limited flexibility. Choose Oil if you prefer deep relaxation or want to nourish your skin.
